📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Craft a variety of premium bread, pastries, and cakes using traditional and modern techniques.
• Ensure all products meet high-quality standards by following strict recipes and baking processes.
• Work with a team of skilled bakers to maintain a consistent standard of quality and presentation.
• Experiment with new flavors and techniques to innovate our product range.
• Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
• Prepare and present products for customers with attention to detail and creativity.
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef in a professional setting.
• Proven expertise in crafting premium bread, pastries, and cakes.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, including sourdough, gluten-free, and artisanal methods.
• Familiarity with bakery software and tools such as MixMaster, Baker’s Edge, or similar.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for creating unique and delicious food products.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy ingredients and equipment.
