📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and lessons that promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized learning environment for children.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the kindergarten's curriculum, ensuring it aligns with early childhood education standards.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and other educators as needed.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication and support their children's learning and development.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including child protection policies and emergency procedures.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that respects and celebrates diversity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Protection, or any relevant certifications).
• Strong knowledge of play-based learning and early childhood development theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the unique needs of young children.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
