HR Generalist (1-Year Contract)

As an HR Generalist, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with managers and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment. You'll handle a variety of HR tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding, including orientation, documentation, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with payroll processing using our HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing HR documents.
• Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational or international company.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and managers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
