📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct face-to-face interviews with potential customers to assess their creditworthiness and financial needs.
• Provide clear explanations of Home Credit's financial products and services.
• Assist customers with the application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Monitor customer accounts post-approval to ensure timely payments and address any issues that may arise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.
• Collaborate with the sales and credit teams to ensure a smooth and efficient approval process.
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Adhere to Home Credit's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven experience in conducting face-to-face interviews and customer engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Understanding of financial products and services, preferably in the lending or credit industry.
• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation, as the role requires fieldwork.
• Willingness to travel to various locations within Makassar and Gowa.
