Fleet Supervisor - Logistics & Transportation Leadership Role

PT. BERANI MERINTIS SEJAHTERA is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to lead our logistics and transportation operations in North Jakarta. You will be responsible for managing a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently, and driving overall operational excellence.

In this role, you will oversee daily fleet operations, coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams, and implement strategies to improve fuel efficiency and reduce costs. You will also ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily fleet operations and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Manage and optimize the fleet's route planning and scheduling.
• Provide training and support to drivers to enhance their skills and performance.
• Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Certification in Fleet Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Geotab, MyFleet, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
