📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to the engineering team.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and schedule.
- Provide technical advice and solutions to address project challenges.
- Participate in safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the palm oil industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other civil engineering software.
- Knowledge of Indonesian construction standards and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
