📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily retail operations, including inventory control, sales reporting, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Work closely with the retail team to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales reporting, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
