📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure that software products and systems meet the highest standards
• Conduct manual and automated testing using tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, and work with development teams to resolve them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality assurance is integrated into the software development lifecycle
• Provide quality assurance support to clients and stakeholders, as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality assurance processes and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience with manual and automated testing, including experience with Selenium and other testing frameworks
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA and TestRail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
