Up Zone Dinamis is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation that helps our clients understand and use our products effectively. This is an urgent opening, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products, including user manuals, API references, and release notes.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Create and manage technical diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to support documentation.,Assist in the creation of training materials, such as tutorials and videos, to help customers learn how to use our products.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing to continuously improve our documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with API documentation and software development concepts.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
