📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes.,Ensure high-quality food and adherence to health and safety standards.,Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure timely restocking.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Assist in menu planning and development.,Participate in food cost control and budgeting.,Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and menu changes.
