📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including stock control, sales, and customer service.
  • Ensuring that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues.
  • Training and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and other management information.
  • Participating in store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.
  • Working with the team to achieve sales targets and overall store performance goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and mentor junior staff members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail laws and regulations.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
