📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to senior management.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and team members.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
