Crystal Link Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cashier operations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by greeting customers, scanning items, and processing payments.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory levels.,Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper change is given.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in opening and closing the store, including counting cash and reconciling deposits.,Promote products and services to increase sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in retail, sales, or cashier roles is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
