Stafflink Services is seeking a dedicated Sales Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our import and export operations, ensuring smooth transactions and efficient administrative processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain customer records and sales data in our CRM system.,Process import and export documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in preparing shipping documents and customs clearance forms.,Monitor inventory levels and update stock records.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.,Handle customer inquiries and provide information on import-export procedures.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with import-export procedures and customs regulations.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

🛠️ Keahlian
