Sehati Fitri Shop is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure smooth business processes,Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products,Process and manage customer orders efficiently,Monitor and maintain the company's IT systems and software,Prepare and maintain reports for management,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles,Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with basic IT systems and software is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
