📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Review financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting any issues or recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal control systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control systems and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
