📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines.,Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content delivery.,Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.,Manage paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.,Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.,Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing.,Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Hootsuite.,Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Creative thinker with a passion for creating engaging content.,Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
