📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and comprehensive job postings.,Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates for the open positions.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to narrow down the candidate pool and identify the best-fit candidates.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that the selected candidates align with the company's culture and requirements.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Maintaining compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry or company size.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
