The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the production process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. This role is crucial for maintaining our operational excellence and meeting customer demands.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and company goals.,Monitor and control the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.,Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on production status and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of production planning and control systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
