📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that all shipments are handled according to safety and quality standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities, including inventory levels, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.,Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing their logistics needs and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics industry and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
