📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage a team of shop assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Promote sales and special offers to drive customer engagement and increase revenue.,Conduct regular audits of the store to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and presentable at all times.,Train and develop new hires to ensure they meet company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or shop assistant role.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team of employees.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and customer expectations.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in business or retail management are a plus.
