Berjaya Digital is seeking a Lead Security professional to join our team in Tenggarong. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security infrastructure, ensuring the safety and integrity of our systems and data. This is a critical position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in cybersecurity and risk management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization's assets.,Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.,Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.,Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with security regulations.,Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.,Manage and mentor a team of security professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience in a Lead Security or similar role, preferably in a digital or IT environment.,Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.,Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
