📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee and manage a team of lab technicians, ensuring high standards of performance and quality.,Conduct and supervise laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.,Manage laboratory inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a clinical or research laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, protocols, and quality assurance practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid certification in laboratory management and safety practices.🛠️ Keahlian
