We are looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions and supporting our employees' growth and well-being.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and benefits information.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Coordinate with managers to ensure a positive work environment and address any issues that may arise.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry or company size.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
