📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local culinary trends and preferences.,Possession of a culinary degree or equivalent certification.,Experience with budget management and cost control.
