📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports using QuickBooks and Xero
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external auditors
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Xero is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
