PT Duta Indah is seeking a dedicated Deputy Warehouse Staff to join our team in Dili. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that all warehouse activities run smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and prepare reports on stock movements and shortages.,Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the maintenance and organization of the warehouse to ensure optimal space utilization.,Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to achieve operational goals and targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
