📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Support the Store Admin in maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Assist in processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product availability and meet customer demands.,Participate in store audits and inventory checks to maintain accuracy.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Support the Store Admin in implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or inventory management environment.,Proven ability to work well in a team and independently.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
