📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in providing direct patient care.,Perform basic nursing procedures such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.,Promote a positive and safe work environment for both patients and staff.,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment.,Support the head nurse in managing the nursing schedule and staffing needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Knowledge of basic medical procedures and protocols.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid nursing license and certification.
