RADIUS Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Assistant HR Officer to join our team in Depok. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources and looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and growing company. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various administrative and operational tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as leave management, insurance, and retirement plans.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative documents.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or HR environment.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of HR software and tools is a plus.
