As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation that helps our customers and employees understand our products and services. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Write and maintain technical documentation for our software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, guides, and other resources to help customers and employees use our products and services effectively.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.,Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and other content that highlights the features and benefits of our products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and accurate content.,Experience with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
