📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance,Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with CNC machines, and implement solutions to improve efficiency,Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of CNC machines,Monitor machine performance and provide regular reports to management,Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operation of CNC machines,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CNC technology and implement new techniques as needed,Train and mentor junior maintenance engineers and technicians,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing processes🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance and repair,In-depth knowledge of various CNC machine brands and models,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and teamwork abilities,Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing industry,Certifications in CNC machine maintenance and repair are a plus,Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required🛠️ Keahlian
