📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Provide financial advice and guidance to management on financial matters.,Monitor and control the company's budget and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
