📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in managing customer relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction.,Support the sales process by preparing sales materials, updating customer records, and scheduling appointments.,Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify sales opportunities and improve our products/services.,Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals with potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop sales strategies.,Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
