Indonesia Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and financial statements.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and finance staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
