📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Handle client communications and address any issues or concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
